To be considered for service activations, contact a Community Partner for referral consideration to Operation "Open UP!" you must be referred by a Community Partner to be considered for discount activations with Operation "Open UP!". Understand that it is the CP's discretion as whether or not someone is referred to the program. * A Community Partner is any business, church or organization that is registered with Operation "Open UP!" as a community outreach partner to help achieve a common goal. * If you are not referred by a CP, services are available at full price through our retail parent, Chat It Up PrePaid Cellular Services. * Community Partners-Hosts help to recognize those most in need of the services of Operation "Open Up!". A representative will take your information to determine whether you qualify for the program. If you meet the qualifications, you will become eligible for a discount activation of your Verizon-based, CDMA, Amp'd or Page Plus Cellular phone * Your phone must be verified as activatible. * All activations are prepaid. Activations through Chat It Up PrePaid Cellular Activation Service are $20.00 for Verizon-based activations and $25.00 for SIM card activations. Operation "Open UP!" Referral activation service fees are $10.00, $15.00 for SIM card activations. * Only referrals by Community Partners receive OP service rates * Minutes can be loaded by going any retail outlet that sells wireless refills, going to www.babblebug.com on the internet and clicking on wireless refills (must have debit or credit card), by calling 1-888-361-8726, or by attending our activations clinics.
